What we collect,
and what we don't.

When you request a study, the form sends two fields: the property address and your email address. Nothing else on the site collects personal information.

The stored record for an email address contains: the email itself, the date it was first seen, each address you have asked about with the time of the request, whether you have unsubscribed, and a random token that makes your unsubscribe link work.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, company details, payment details, IP addresses, device or browser information, or location.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network, no session recording, and no third-party script that watches what you do here. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.

Some pages of the workspace remember your own settings — a profile name, a saved study — in your browser's local storage. That data stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and disappears when you clear your browser data.

Study requests are stored in Netlify Blobs, on infrastructure operated by Netlify, which hosts this site. Email is delivered by Sendable, which sends your confirmation and any reminders.

Those two providers process the data on our behalf in order to run the service. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or pass it to data brokers.

A confirmation when you request a study, the study itself, and up to two reminders — one three days after your request, one ten days after — if you have not heard back or have not acted. That is the entire email programme.

Every one of those emails carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it stops all further email immediately and permanently, and requires no reply and no account.

Study requests are kept while they are useful for delivering and following up on your study. There is no automatic deletion schedule, so if you want your record removed, ask and we will remove it.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link it carries. You can ask what we hold for your email address, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely. Write to hello@permia.co and say which you want.

There is no account to close, because the site does not create one.

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not.
